Here are some injury updates from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
During an NXT house show last Thursday night Bianca Belair appeared to be injured. This happened at a live event in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. During the finish of her match, which was against Ember Moon for the NXT Women’s title, Moon was supposed to land The Eclipse and then pin her. The move didn’t appear to land properly, and Belair kicked out. The match ended anyway, with Belair being helped to the back.
Belair has not wrestled since, however Triple H did tweet earlier today that she’ll be on tonight’s NXT card in Peterborough:

Trent Baretta stated on Twitter that he will be out of action for a while, after suffering injuries during his match against Chuck Taylor for PWG last weekend. The injuries have been described as a torn bicep and a torn pectoral muscle.
Baretta worked both nights of the Honor Rising tour. His match this morning was changed from a singles bout with Dalton Castle for the ROH World title to a triple threat match involving the Beer City Bruiser.
I’m glad to that Belair’s injury doesn’t appear serious. A neck injury is always scary and it’s nice that Belair is still able to compete. The company must have alot of faith in her, to keep her with the champ. With Baretta it appears he will need major surgery and could miss some time. A torn bicep and pectoral muscle will likely require surgery. This could keep Beretta out of action for up to 6 months or so.
