However, it appears yet again things have changed. Dave Meltzer is reporting as of the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Neville and WWE are once again talking about how to resolve their differences. The target date for his return could be as early as April.

Apparently Triple H now being in creative control of 205 Live, that could very well play a factor in Neville’s return to the sports entertainment company.

Stop me if you’ve heard this next sentence before, WWE is apparently changing the Intercontinental Title Match at WrestleMania.

Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated is reporting that WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz is now scheduled to defend his title in a Fatal 5 Way at WrestleMania 34 against Elias, Braun Strowman, Seth Rollins and Finn Balor.

As noted, the original plan was to do Strowman vs. Miz in a singles match but plans were changed to a triple threat with Rollins and Balor added. Now it appears a Fatal 5 Way is the way they are going.

My Thoughts:

I’ve always been of the mindset Neville would return. At first I believed maybe he needed time to rest as his title reign was lengthy and physical. While I believe he likely wants more money and a big spotlight, he will likely get it as HHH knows his value. The I.C. Title Match change again is once again going to concern some. While it was reported to be a triple threat or a singles with Braun, being honest the five men in the match have all continually been spotlighted. As well as been lumped together for months. It allows Braun to destroy Miz prior to WrestleMania if he needs to miss the show and still have a great match on the card. While we have gone through many rumors with this match, I think we are now set.
