Ring Of Honor announced today via Twitter that Jay Lethal suffered an injury during the match and therefore will be unable to compete tonight in Royal Oak, Michigan:

No details on the injury have been revealed as of yet, however PWInsider is reporting SANADA will be taking Lethal’s place tonight in a scheduled Fatal 4-Way, also involving Marty Scurll, Matt Taven and Kenny King.
