WWE News: WWE Reveals Rey Mysterio’s Upcoming Schedule

Published

on

In case you missed it, with Rey Mysterio’s WWE return coming up next Tuesday at the 1000th edition of SmackDown, it was announced on last night’s episode of the blue brand that the multi-time WWE Champion would take on United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura in a World Cup Qualifier.

This will be Rey’s first singles match with the company since 2014 and now that he’s back with WWE exclusively, many fans have wondered how often they will get to see Mysterio in action. Along with the announcement of his match against Shinsuke Nakamura next week, WWE.com has also posted where fans will be able to see Rey in the coming weeks by releasing the following dates:

  • October 20th – Hartford, Connecticut
  • October 21st – Boston, Massachusetts
  • October 22nd – White Plains, New York
  • November 3rd – Cardiff, Wales
  • November 4th – Aberdeen, Scotland
  • November 5th – Birmingham, England

Of course, the dates in November are the three days following Crown Jewel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on November 2nd. Therefore, whether Mysterio qualifies for the World Cup next week or not, it does appear as if he will be a part of the Crown Jewel event regardless.
