WWE News: Alexa Bliss Announces She’s Entering Royal Rumble, Lacey Evans Added

Published

WWE Alexa Bliss Money In the Bank
Two more names have been added to the Women’s Royal Rumble!

Unlike last week’s episode, tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW hasn’t been quite as packed with newsworthy items outside of the in-ring return of Braun Strowman earlier in the show (see that here and follow along with all of RAW with Mitchell’s Live Report).

As the show moved along, Alexa Bliss was set for another edition of A Moment Of Bliss featuring Nia Jax. Unfortunately for ‘Little Miss Bliss’, things went a bit haywire as they did last week when a number of other Superstars in Sunday’s Women’s Royal Rumble Match would make their way out including Alicia Fox, Mickie James, Ember Moon, Nikki Cross and The Riott Squad.

Despite a warning from Alexa, things broke down into a brawl that would spill into the backstage area. Bliss’ interview didn’t go as she planned, but she did hit the WWE Universe with some big news as she announced she would be returning to the ring in the Women’s Royal Rumble Match. That wasn’t the end of it however, as newcomer Lacey Evans would come out to interrupt, proclaiming that she too would be entering the match.

WWE News: Braun Strowman Returns To Action On RAW

Published

Braun Strowman
Braun Strowman was finally back in action on RAW!

Tonight’s edition of WWE’s Monday Night RAW, the last before Royal Rumble this Sunday, gave the WWE Universe a nice little surprise to open the action for the night (keep up with it all with Mitchell’s Live Report).

After an opening segment that saw Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, Mr. McMahon, Braun Strowman and Finn Balor all exchanging words regarding Balor’s title shot against ‘The Beast Incarnate’ on Sunday, the Chairman would make a match when things got a little testy between Finn and ‘The Monster Among Men’. In his first action since undergoing surgery to remove bone chips in his elbow, Braun would go one-on-one with Balor.

If you remember, last week it was reported that Strowman was still not cleared to compete, however that has clearly now changed. As for the match, Balor would put up a tremendous fight against Braun, but with Lesnar seated at ringside it was only a matter of time before he got involved and in the end, the match would finish as a No Contest.
