A look at the current NJPW World Tag League standings!

New Japan Pro Wrestling’s 2018 World Tag League is approaching its days on the seventeen event tour, picking things back up tomorrow in Osaka after the eleventh show yesterday at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo (see those results here).

With only six more dates remaining, teams are still jockeying for position in the standings with the hopes of getting an IWGP Tag Team Championship shot at Wrestle Kingdom 13. Meanwhile the champions, The Guerrillas Of Destiny, look to prevent that as they continue to hang around the top of the leaderboard.

Here’s a look at the current World Tag League standings with things wrapping up next Sunday, December 9th in Iwate:

  • The Guerrillas Of Destiny (Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa) – 12 points
  • EVIL & SANADA – 12 points
  • Zack Sabre Jr. & Taichi – 10 points
  • Killer Elite Squad (Lance Archer & Davey Boy Smith Jr.) – 10 points
  • Best Friends (Beretta & Chuckie T) – 10 points
  • Juice Robinson & David Finlay – 10 points
  • Michael Elgin & Jeff Cobb – 8 points
  • Minoru Suzuki & Takashi Iizuka – 8 points
  • Hangman Page & Yujiro Takahashi – 6 points
  • Hiroyoshi Tenzan & Satoshi Kojima – 6 points
  • Togi Makabe & Toa Henare – 6 points
