WWE has reportedly already eyed two dates to return to Saudi Arabia!
Brace yourselves if you were one of the many, many wrestling fans who took the WWE to task for their relationship with Saudi Arabia, which of course was cranked way up following the death of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in the weeks leading to the company’s last trip for Crown Jewel in November.
Despite all of the heat, which also came from members of the United States Government (see more on that here), the show went on as planned and with WWE in a contract with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they are already eyeing their return dates for 2019.
According to the most recent Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there will be two more events in KSA next year with the company looking at May and November. Now obviously, this is around the same times as this year’s shows, although Greatest Royal Rumble took place back in April and not May.
