AEW News: Cody Rhodes Confirms His Office Role With All Elite Wrestling

Cody Rhodes has confirmed what he will be doing behind-the-scenes for All Elite Wrestling!

In case you’ve been living under a rock or possibly are suffering from the worst New Year’s hangover in human history, the big news coming out of very early yesterday morning was the official announcement of All Elite Wrestling (see that here).

Of course this was widely expected when members of The Elite teased a big announcement for the New Year, but there’s still a lot of work to do for the promotion to get off the ground and running. While we already know there are plans for a follow-up to All In called Double Or Nothing, it’s still unclear exactly who will be working for AEW and in what capacity.

Yesterday, it was reported that Cody had already signed a multi-year deal and The Young Bucks were expected to sign a contract within a day or two (find more on that here), which has since happened along with Hangman Page. Additionally, it was noted that Cody and The Young Bucks would have backstage roles. It was speculated that Matt and Nick Jackson have taken on role of bookers for the company, while it was said that Cody would be Executive Producer of Events and the television show once a deal is struck. Since then, Cody has now confirmed what his backstage role will be via Twitter:
