The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and Athena offers the Code of Honor handshake. Mercedes takes it, the fans cheer, and the bell rings. Mercedes and Athena circle while fans rally for their Texas Goddess. Athena swings but Mercedes leans back to dodge, and Mercedes ROCKS Athena back! Mercedes fires forearms, then CHOPS Athena in the corner! Athena staggers to a corner, Mercedes stomps away, but fans boo. The ref counts, Mercedes lets off and she drags Athena up to bump her off buckles. Mercedes CHOPS Athena again, then ROCKS her with forearm after forearm!

Athena shoves Mercedes, ELBOWS her, then puts her in the corner. Athena blocks a kick and CHOPS Mercedes back! Fans fire up but Mercedes scowls. Athena brings her out of the corner but Mercedes UPPERCUTS her back! Athena scowls and throws a forearm. Mercedes throws a forearm back! The fans rally as the forearms go back and forth, with a “YAY!” for Athena and a “BOO!” for Mercedes! Mercedes gets the edge, but Athena pokes her in the eyes! The ref reprimands, Athena apologizes, but then she DECKS Mercedes! Athena rains down fists while fans fire up! Mercedes shoves her away but Athena stomps and kicks and CLUBS her back down!

Mercedes goes to a corner, fans fire up as Athena scowls. Athena drags Mercedes up, wrenches an arm and whips Mercedes corner to corner, to then forearm! Athena keeps moving, she KNEES Mercedes into the ropes! Fans fire up with Athena and she goes to the far corner. Athena runs back in to handspring and CHOP! Athena is having fun and the fans are fired up! Athena brings Mercedes up and out to suplex but Mercedes slips off. Mercedes waistlocks, Athena bucks her, but runs into a SPINEBUSTER! Cover, TWO! Mercedes is annoyed but she drags Athena up to CLUB her in the chest again and again!

Fans boo but Mercedes turns Athena over to hook up a leg. Athena resists, but Mercedes clamps on the CROSSFACE! Athena endures the OG STF, fans rally up, and Athena pulls hair! Athena CLUBS Mercedes, fires off forearms, and is free of the hold! Mercedes runs in but Athena drop toeholds her onto ropes! Fans fire up while Mercedes clutches a leg. Athena runs in to BASEMENT METEORA! Fans fire up as Athena climbs up! Mercedes BOOTS Athena first! Athena gets stuck on the ropes, Mercedes sits her up and then climbs up after her. Mercedes CLUBS away on Athena but fans boo.

Mercedes taunts the fans and then waistlocks Athena, but Athena holds the ropes! Mercedes CLUBS Athena more, tries again, but Athena flails and throws elbows! Athena adjusts, kicks Mercedes but Mercedes holds on! Mercedes drags Athena up, CLUBS away, but Athena hits back with body shots. Athena slips under and brings Mercedes up, but now Mercedes holds ropes! Mercedes rains down fists, adjusts her footing, but Athena uses that to hit the POWERBOMB! Mercedes survives Athena’s Sweet Chin remix but Athena drags Mercedes up. Mercedes rolls, Athena waistlocks, but Mercedes fights the lift. Mercedes throws elbows, Athena shoves her then follows, but Mercedes ROCKS Athena with a forearm! Then HALF ‘N’ HALF SUPLEXES! Athena roars as she staggers up, but into an EXPLODER! Athena RAMS Mercedes into railing by the timekeeper! Fans fire up, Athena waves and runs in, but Mercedes moves! Athena dropkicks only railing! Both women slowly rise as the 20 count reaches 7. Mercedes drags Athena up, CLUBS her, then refreshes the ring count.

Mercedes puts Athena on the railing, for a MAGIC SCREW to the floor! Athena writhes and Mercedes grins while fans boo. Mercedes leaves Athena behind to get in the ring. Mercedes soaks up the heat from Arlington, and even takes a bow. Athena stirs as the count rises, and fans rally as Athena rises. The count is 7 of 20, Athena hurries up at 9 and in! Mercedes is right after her but Athena rolls Mercedes! TWO, and Mercedes CLOBBERS Athena! Fans boo as Mercedes drags Athena back up. Mercedes short arm LARIATS! And then again! And then again! Mercedes looms over Athena again, then turns her back over.

Mercedes hooks up the legs, she SLAPS Athena to get the arms. Mercedes pulls Athena up into the BRASS- NO, Athena blocks the arm to BITE the arm!! The ref reprimands, Mercedes lets Athena go to CLUB her on the back. Mercedes back suplexes but Athena lands out of it! Athena brings Mercedes around to a gut wrench! CODE BREAKER!! Cover, ROPEBREAK!!! Athena didn’t realize and fans boo that Mercedes survives. Athena gets mad at the ref but the ref warns her. Athena lets the ref go to rip a buckle pad off! Athena TOSSES the pad, free souvenir for a fan! Athena then drags Mercedes up and brings her over.

Mercedes whips Athena away, to POP-UP SPINEBUSTER! High stack, TWO!! Athena survives, fans tell whoever got the buckle pad to “GIVE IT BACK!” Athena grabs at the ref, he gets away, and Athena YANKS Mercedes at the bare buckle! Mercedes stops herself but Athena SHOTGUNS her into the bare buckle!! Athena climbs while Mercedes is down, but Athena wants Mercedes to stand! Mercedes does, for the O-FACE!! Cover, ATHENA WINS!!

As the Limitless One’s past comes back to haunt him, he has no choice but to enter whose house? SWERVE’S HOUSE! Will Shane Taylor & JD Griffey have no choice but to #SwerveInOurGlory? Or will they be the ones leaving Keith out in the cold?

The teams sort out and but Swerve doesn’t fist-bump Keith. Fans still sing “OH~ Bask in His Glory~!” but Swerve starts against Griffey. Swerve and Griffey circle, feel things out, and they test the waters with some strikes. Griffey has MMA experience, Swerve is wary. They tie up, Griffey puts Swerve in the corner but Swerve turns it around. They end up on the ropes and fans chant for “Whose House?” “SWERVE’S HOUSE!” Swerve clinches Griffey in a corner and throws some point-blank shoulders. Griffey turns things around and snapmares Swerve to then spin Swerve for a reverse headlock takeover and Oklahoma Roll, SLEEPER HOLD!

Swerve flails, fights the body scissors and rolls back to a cover, TWO! Griffey gets up but Swerve snapmares him. Griffey drags Swerve down to get the SLEEPER! Swerve scrambles to the ROPEBREAK! Griffey snarls but lets off and Swerve stands up. Swerve tags Keith and Keith smirks. Keith circles with one former friend as fans sing, “OH~ Bask in His Glory~! Griffey and Keith put up their hands for knuckle locks, but Griffey KICKS Keith in the side! Griffey taunts Keith but Keith works out that side. They approach again, dukes up, and Griffey dodges all the fast hands! Keith blocks the kick, but Griffey counter kicks Keith’s kick!

Griffey fires off more kicks, but Keith blocks and shoves Griffey down! Fans fire up as Griffey scrambles to his feet. Griffey and Keith circle again, and fans chant, “We Want Shane!” Griffey tells Keith to stay right there, and he tags in Shane! Fans fire up to see the Pretty Boy Killers square off after all this time, only for Swerve to tag in! Fans boo as Swerve denies the dream match. Swerve dodges a haymaker, clamps onto an arm, but Shane throws a body shot. Shane whips Swerve away but Swerve holds ropes. Shane rushes in, Swerve redirects to RANA! Shane ends up in a corner, Swerve UPPERCUTS! And then rolls to UPPERCUT again!

Swerve brings Shane out to KICK the leg out, then he goes up the corner for the FALLING UPPERCUT! Swerve goes to suplex but Shane suplexes first! GOURD- NO, Swerve lands on his feet! Swerve ducks the right but not the LEFT! Fans fire up as Shane scowls and Swerve sputters. Cover, TWO! Shane stalks Swerve to the corner, tags in Griffey, and they mug Swerve. Griffey scoops Swerve and SLAMS him. Tag back to Shane, and Griffey sets Swerve out on the apron! Shane goes over to APRON LEG DROP!! Fans fire up as Swerve sputters again! Shane rushes in to cover, TWO!! Swerve survives but Shane keeps him from Keith.

Shane grins, shakes his head, and says Swerve got in so he ain’t getting away. Shane back suplexes but Swerve lands on his feet! Swerve staggers back, Griffey grabs hold with a SLEEPER! Swerve sweeps the legs then SUPERKICKS Griffey down! Swerve goes up and over Shane, and hot tags Keith! Fans are thunderous while Keith and Shane glare at each other! These two circle and put up their dukes. Shane ROCKS Keith, Keith ROCKS Shane, repeat! Fans rally as the shots go back and forth, harder and harder! Shane gets the edge, then he bobs ‘n’ weaves to ROCK Keith again! Keith wobbles, Shane ROLLING- NO, Keith blocks to ROCK Shane!

Shane staggers to a corner, Keith runs in but into a BOOT! Shane goes up and fans fire up as Shane CROSSBODIES but Keith catches him!?! Fans are losing their minds as Keith pops Shane up! Shane slips out to DECK Keith!! Shane brings Keith up and Griffey joins in. They set Keith up and Shane runs, but Swerve dumps Shane out! Griffey turns around and Keith ROCKS him! Tag to Swerve, Keith pops Griffey up! Swerve is up top, Griffey fights him off! Griffey throws elbows down on Keith but Keith stays up! Swerve runs in, but Griffey sits up! The House Call hits Keith in the stomach! Griffey then RANAS Keith out of the ring!! Fans fire up as Griffey runs in, but Swerve boots him away! Swerve somersaults, into a JUMP KNEE! Griffey fires up, builds speed, and he DIVES, into Keith’s arms! Griffey says, “Don’t you dare! Mom would kill you!” Fans chant “YOU F’D UP!” but Keith sets Griffey down gently. Swerve BOOTS Griffey down! Swerve tells Keith to focus on the game. But Shane SLINGSHOT STUNNERS Swerve!! Griffey slides in, Shane scoops Swerve. Swerve fights free, Griffey tags in! Griffey throws hands at Swerve, Swerve does his best to guard so Griffey fires kicks! Swerve blocks, slips through and hits a BACKBREAKER! Swerve runs, into Griffey’s FISHERMAN KNEE SMASH! Cover, TWO, into a TRIANGLE HOLD!! Swerve endures, reaches out, but Shane is lurking! Shane trips Keith off the apron! Swerve is stuck in the hold as Griffey squeezes tight! But Keith snarls as he storms in around the way! Keith RAMS Shane into the railing! Fans are thunderous as all four men are down! Swerve and Griffey crawl, reach out, hot tags to Keith and Shane! Fans rally as the Pretty Boy Killers meet again. Keith helps Swerve up, Shane helps Griffey up. SIOG and STP stare down, and they start throwing hands! Fans are thunderous again but the ref tries to get them to sort out! Shane stands up to ROCK Keith! Swerve ducks a forearm to fire off palm strikes and a ROLLING ELBOW!

Keith ROCKS Shane, Swerve BOOTS, and then Keith fireman’s carries!? POP-UP, but Shane ducks! The ROLLING ELBOW HITS SWERVE!! Keith can’t believe what just happened! The Peacock and the Tate Twins have been blazing a trail with these belts, but Prince Nana says The Embassy is a cornerstone of ROH! Brian Cage, Toa Liona & Bishop Kaun look to be a golden foundation for this new era, but will there be no stopping Peacock Power?

The introductions are made, the belts are raised, and we see if The Embassy can tear down a Castle!

The trio sorts out and fans rally for Castle as he starts against Kaun. The Code of Honor is NOT upheld, but Castle says that’s fine. Castle and Kaun circle, fans fire up for the Peacock swagger, and they tie up. Kaun puts Castle in a corner, the ref counts, and Kaun lets Castle go. Castle bails out to strut with the Boys and the fans even fan him off. Castle fires himself up and fans fire up with him! Castle slides in, dodges Kaun and runs him over! Fans fire up more but Kaun gets up. Tag to Cage and he steps to Castle. Castle tags to a Boy 1, Brendan! Brendan climbs up to CROSSBODY, but Cage catches him!

Cage uses Brendan for bicep curls, making Brendan’s 150 pounds look like 10! But then Brent sneaks in, and Castle table tops Cage! Brendan covers, ONE!! Cage swings, Brendan ducks and tags Brent! GAMANGIRI to ENZIGURI to GAMANGIRI! Shove and springboard MISSILE DROPKICK! Fans fire up with Brent but Liona runs in! Brent gets around, waistlocks, and then Brendan joins in! Cage whips Brendan, kitchen sink knees, and Kaun SENTONS! Cover, TWO! Nana argues the count but Kaun brings Brendan up. Brendan throws forearms but Kaun CHOPS back! Brent has Castle focus on the match, but Liona POUNCES Brent into Castle! They both go down, Liona drags Brent up while Cage RAMS Castle into steel steps! Kaun joins in, the Gates swing Brent into the SIT-OUT POWERBOMB!! Cover, The Embassy wins!

Lexi Nair is with Dante & Darius Martin as they come off a big win over The Kingdom in the Zero Hour. They’d been apart for months after Darius’ scary car accident, but they seem better than ever. That’s right! Top Flight is back with a big win in their ROH debut against The Kingdom! “The Coldest Tag Team in the Game” has been on fire! And when ice melts into water, all the other tag teams will find themselves drowning because- Wait, in walk the Jericho Appreciation Society’s Matthew Menard & Angelo Parker. What’re they talking about? Ice, fire, water, drowning?

The JAS isn’t going to throw out congratulations. All Top Flight should be congratulated on is making it through a match without tearing another ligament! A team that deserves congratulations for winning is the JAS! You get what they’re saying? Lexi, take a walk. She moves aside, Daddy Magic asks the Martins if they wanna take a swing, and Dante does! The brawl is on and headed further back! Lexi calls for help, but will these two be brawling all the way to Dynamite? No, they brawl out from backstage and near THE stage! Darius CLUBS Daddy Magic but Cool Hand Ange throws Dante to the stage!

Dante KICKS Parker away, refs hurry out but Dante FLIES to wipe out everyone! Fans fire up but refs separate these teams. Fans want to “Let Them Fight!” but then Menard gets a mic. Parker takes it, though, to shout, “So this is Final Battle, right? We’re all having a good time tonight, right? Y’all feeling nostalgic? Hey, how ’bout you morons pipe down, cuz Cool Hand Ange has a question for ya. If ROH was so great, then why did it die in the first place?! It died because ROH has always been chock full of garbage, flippy floppy, pro-wrestlers like Top Flight! And there was ONE moan who could resurrect it. And that man is The Ocho, CHRIS JERICHO!”

Menard takes the mic now and says, “Do you wanna know what makes Daddy Magic’s nipples hard?!” Fans are torn on that. Menard brings out the PURPLE BUCKET HAT! “CLAUDIO! After Chris Jericho defeats you tonight, you are gonna become one-half of a tag team with Jake Hager, and you’re gonna be called The Hat Trick! How do ya like that?! HUH!?” Fans are torn on that name. Menard then shouts at Wheeler Yuta! “Daniel Garcia is gonna tap your ass out, because you got nothing, man! So there you have it, folks! There you have it, folks! A clean sweep for the Jericho-” But wait! Here comes Yuta! The Pure Championship is up next, but Yuta storms in to run off Menard & Parker.

ROH Pure Championship: Daniel Garcia VS Wheeler Yuta!

This rematch has been a long time coming. They are 1-1-1 all time, and this continues to be about Jericho Appreciation Society and sports entertainment VS Blackpool Combat Club and professional wrestling. Garcia still says he’s the Dragonslayer for defeating Bryan Danielson, but will he be the one slain tonight? Or will The Decoder fail to solve his Daniel Garcia problem?

The introductions are made, the title is raised, and our judges for this match are Christopher Daniels, BJ Whitmer, and Jerry Lynn. The Code of Honor is NOT upheld, and we see if there is honor restored to this title!

The bell rings, and immediately, the forearms fly! Those are okay because they’re not closed fists! And they just keep going! Fans fire up as these two don’t back down at all! Garcia just shrugs that off, but then Yuta DECKS Garcia with a haymaker! Now they’re even! They both go out, Garcia kicks low and whips, but Yuta reverses to send Garcia into steel steps! Fans rally and Yuta drags Garcia up. Yuta puts Garcia in the ring but then Garcia bails out the side.

Fans rally for Yuta as he storms up on Garcia, but Garcia catches him for a SAIDO to the floor! Garcia clutches his chin, but then he flexes. Fans boo but Garcia just soaks up the heat. Garcia drags Yuta up, and whips him into the steel steps! Garcia unwraps a corner crossbar, to SLAP Yuta with the cover itself! Garcia drags Yuta up with a facelock, Yuta throws body shots but Garcia throws a knee. And then Garcia CHOPS Yuga against the apron! And then BOOTS him down! The ref counts, Garcia drags Yuta through the corner and then climbs up. Garcia unwraps more crossbars, SLAPS Yuta with the cover, and then he STANDS on Yuta’s head!

Fans boo as Yuta endures the metal bar in his face! Garcia flexes, the ref counts, and Garcia lets off at 4. Garcia drags Yuta up but Yuta YANKS Garcia into the bar! And then Yuta stands on Garcia’s head on the bar! Fans fire up but the ref counts, and Yuta steps off. Yuta drags Garcia up but Garcia kicks the leg out! Yuta hits of the bars!! The ref checks Yuta as he sputters while clutching his throat. Garcia smirks and talks some trash as we near three minutes past. Garcia drags Yuta up, but he fakes out the fans by throwing Yuta into the ring, not the railing. Then Garcia flips the fans off as they boo.

Garcia gets in the ring, he drags Yuta up and grinds his forearm into Yuta’s neck! Garcia lets off, but Yuta CHOPS! And CHOPS! Garcia BOOTS Yuta down, puts one of Yuta’s around the ropes, and then bends his back against the ropes! The ref counts and Garcia claims this should count as one of Yuta’s ropebreaks! Garcia lets off at 4, and Yuta’s first ropebreak is used. Garcia grins and he drags Yuta up to CHOP! Garcia whips Yuta hard into the corner! Yuta bounces off buckles, Garcia drags him to the apron and he hooks up the legs. Fans rally but Garcia mocks their applause. Garcia grabs the arms to pull Yuta up and up and in a ROPE ROMERO SPECIAL!!

The ref counts, fans boo, but Garcia holds until 4! Garcia says that is another ropebreak, and yes, the ref has that checked off the board. Yuta is down to just one ropebreak but Garcia has all of his. Garcia storms up to drag Yuta up and he hits a CUTTER! Cover, TWO! Garcia kneels on Yuta’s neck to choke him! The ref counts, Garcia steps off at 4. Fans rally but Garcia drags Yuta up to a cravat. Yuta endures the neck wrench and he fights up. Garcia trips Yuta, steps through, but Yuta turns over. Garcia uses that to hook up the legs in a deathlock, and then he SLAPS Yuta on the back! Garcia gets Yuta’s arms, for a QUEEN ANGELITO STOMP! Fans boo as Garcia stands on Yuta’s head, but then Garcia drops an elbow! Cover, TWO! Fans rally, Garcia dares Yuta to get up. Garcia drags Yuta up but Yuta headlocks to block the lift. Yuta throws down elbows, but Garcia pulls hair to HEADBUTT Yuta! Garcia tries again, but Yuta lands out of the back suplex! Yuta atomic drops, ENZIGURIS, and Garcia goes to a corner. Yuta A-LIST LARIATS, then he goes up! Yuta leaps into a CHOP!

Yuta has to fight free of this without the ropes! Garcia BRIDGE back, but Yuta drags Garcia into a CROSSFACE!! Garcia scrambles around, rolls to a cover, ONE!! Garcia has the legs again, but Yuta drags him to a cradle! TWO!!! Garcia gets to ropes, Yuta SLAPS, Garcia SLAPS, the SLAP fight is back! Fans fire up and Yuta ROCKS Garcia with that slap! We’re past 10 minutes, and fans build to a rally as Yuta and Garcia slowly sit up. Yuta junkyard dog headbutts Garcia, but Garcia gives it back. The SLAPS return! SLAP for SLAP, and then Yuta SLAPS Garcia down! Yuta drags Garcia up, but Garcia throat chops! And BOOTS! Yuta rewinds, shoots in, but Garcia blocks with a facelock! Garcia KNEES, whips, but Yuta rewinds again! Shoot and GERMAN SUPLEX!

Fans fire up, Yuta hurries to wrap Garcia up, OLYMPIC SLAM! Cover, TWO!! Garcia survives the “Right Angle” but fans rally up. Yuta goes to the apron, he climbs up a corner, and Yuta FLYING SPLASHES onto knees!! Garcia drags Yuta up, PILEDRIVER!! Cover, TWO!?!? Yuta survives and Garcia is furious! Garcia steps through the ropes, DRAGON TAMER!! Yuta has the ropes but it won’t matter now! Yuta crawls under and to the apron, but Garcia bridges. So Yuta grabs him again in a BULLY CHOKE! And with a fishhook! The ref reprimands, counts, Yuta throws Garcia down! But that wasn’t through a ropebreak, he still has all three.

Fans rally as the ring count starts. We’re past 13 minutes, time is running out! Garcia and Yuta slowly rise, Garcia clamps onto Yuta as he tries to get in. Garcia kicks and kicks but Yuta body shots! Kick! Body shot! Forearm! Forearm! The fans fire up as the two go back and forth! Garcia ROCKS Yuta, but Yuta blocks the piledriver! To APRON BACK DROP! Fans are thunderous again as both men are down on the edge! They both crawl into the ring, Yuta stands up and he storms over. Garcia SPITS at Yuta, and even flips him off! So Yuta BOOTS Garcia down! Yuta drags Garcia up, gut wrenches, and he tucks the legs! FIGURE FOUR TOMBSTONE!! Cover, TWO!?!?!

The Decoder slays the Dragonslayer!! Yuta is the first-ever TWO-TIME ROH Pure Champion, but he shows respect to his hated rival by offering the Code of Honor. Garcia kicks it away, but the belt falls to the floor. Garcia picks the belt up to give it to Yuta. That’s the most respect Garcia will show, but does this punctuate the end of the feud?

ROH World Tag Team Championships Double Dog Collar Match: FTR VS The Briscoes!

Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood are still three-belt champions, but are about to add some collars to the collection. They faced #DemBoys, Jay & Mark, last year at Final Battle, then at Supercard of Honor, then again at Death Before Dishonor. But now we see it come to an end at this year’s Final Battle. We’ve seen top tier matches from them already already, but this is going to be a fight between rabid animals! So then, who survives this Final Battle?

The introductions are made, the belts are raised, and the collars are strapped on. The fans are fired up already as the bell rings, and this dog-eat-dog battle is on!

The bell rings, fans are already losing their minds as both teams start up the tug-o-war with the chains! Mark and Cash are one chain, Dax and Jay are the other, and FTR are bringing in the slack. Jay swings but Dax dodges and TACKLES Jay! Mark fires off haymakers on Cash, but Cash throws hands back! Jay turns things around on Dax, they spill out of the ring while Cash and Mark brawl at the ropes. Cash goes to the apron, Mark joins him out there, and they brawl more. Mark CHOPS Cash off his feet! Jay CLUBS Dax around the way towards commentary! Cash staggers up, Mark leaps, but into a CHAIN LASHING!

Fans fire up as Jay and Dax throw more forearms. Cash smacks Mark off the steps, then CHOPS him against railing! Mark is already bleeding from the forehead as Cash brings him around. Jay sends Dax into the steel steps while Mark turns things around to whip Cash into railing! Jay gathers up some slack, but Dax dodges the lashing! Dax then reels Jay into a CHAIR TOSS at his face!! Fans fire up as Dax dumps Jay over the railing! Cash CHOKES Mark with the chain! Dax CHOPS Jay, Mark BOPS Cash. Jay hits Dax back and they start going up the bleachers! Cash whips Mark into railing! The ref checks Mark but Mark’s not gonna stop just cuz of blood!

Dax CLUBS Jay, then grabs a fan’s drink to SPLASH Jay with it! Dax throws haymakers, then SMACKS Jay off the railing. They go back down the bleachers while Mark and Cash brawl up the ramp towards the stage. Dax TOSSES Mark to the stage, Jay and Dax seem to use even more drinks as the camera is now covered in droplets of water. Cash CHOKES Mark with the chain on the stage! Dax CLOBBERS Jay with a trash can! Mark breaks free to UPPERCUT Cash! Cash and Mark brawls, Mark ROCKS Cash and sends him tumbling down to the ramp. Mark runs and CANNONBALLS off the stage and onto Cash!

Fans are thunderous as Mark drags Cash up and CHOKE him! Fans already declare “This is Awesome!” as Jay throws forearms on Dax. Mark SLAPS Cash, Cash SLAPS back, they’re having a SLAP fight at the ramp! Jay BOOTS Dax, ROCKS him with a right, and Dax gets in the ring. Mark ROCKS Cash with a forearm while Jay stalks Dax into the ring. Jay wraps up his hand but Dax avoids the chain fist to SAIDO! Dax then waistlocks Jay for a GERMAN SUPLEX! Dax checks his teeth while Chas CHOKES Mark against the post! Dax then uses the chain to tie up Jay’s legs! Mark unleashes his Redneck Kung-Fu to CHOP Cash away!

Dax puts Jay against ropes to CHOKE him, but also grind the chain links into Jay’s face! Mark leaves Cash behind to storm up and CHOP Dax! And SLAP! And ROCK and kick and UPPERCUT! Mark holds Dax so Jay can kick Dax back and throw haymakers. Fans rally as Jay wraps his fist again, METAL PUNCH!! Dax sputters as he drops down! Mark sits Dax up so Jay can rain down more fists! Jay fires up and the fans fire up with him. Mark kicks Cash back out, then whips him into steel steps! Jay stomps Dax in a corner while Mark LASHES Cash with the chain. Jay snapmares Dax and CHOKES him with the chain now!

Jay paces around while fans rally and duel. Jay wedges a chair into a corner, Dax staggers away but Jay storms up on him. Jay ROCKS Dax with a haymaker, then fires off more hands! Dax is busted open but Jay keeps punching to try and make him bleed more! Fans fire up and Mark makes sure that chair Jay set up is firmly in there. Jay whips Dax but Dax uses the chain to reverse and send Jay into it! And then Cash YANKS Mark down! Cash drags Mark to the corner that way, and then punches away on the bloody eyebrow! Cash gets in the ring, FTR holds Mark, and Cash LASHES Mark in the ribs! And again!

Cash LASHES Mark while he’s down, and then Dax goes out after Jay. Their chain is laced through the corner, so Dax YANKS Jay into the post! Jay is bloody now but Dax leaves him behind to drag Mark up. Cash climbs, Dax Electric Chair Lifts Mark, and Cash wraps up his arm with the chain! FULL METAL DOOMSDAY!! Cover, TWO?!?! Mark survives, but then Dax intercepts Jay as he scrambles in. Dax wraps up a fist for full metal punches right onto Jay’s bloody forehead! Fans are thunderous and chant “This is Wrestling!” as Cash reels Mark in. Cash drags Mark up into a Gory Especial! And he uses the chain to pull Mark back tighter!

Meanwhile, Dax puts Jay in a corner and wraps the chain around the corner for a full metal buckle bump! Mark endures as the crimson mask on his face grows! Dax LASHES Mark! Cash whips Mark out of the ring, and then drags him back up with the chain to choke Mark more! Dax chokes Jay more and drags Jay around by the chain. Dax whips but Jay reverses, and Dax runs into Cash’s chain! Dax goes down, and Mark is spared. Jay fires hands on Cash, calls to Mark, and Mark hurries to a corner. Jay drags Cash up, throws more hands, and he DECKS Cash. Jay’s crimson mask is even more than Mark’s!

Mark climbs up, he wraps up his arm, and Jay hits Cash with a NECKBREAKER! Fans fire up as Mark fires up, for a FULL METAL FROGGY-BOW!! Cover, TWO!?!? Cash survives and that chain might’ve made that elbow double-edged. Cash is bleeding now, though, so this has become the bloodiest match all year for FTR! Jay stomps Dax, Cash crawls to the ropes to go after Mark. Jay HEADBUTTS Dax, Mark DECKS Cash. Mark looks under the ring and he brings out chairs! Jay stomps Dax in a corner, then rains down fists. Mark brings out even more chairs, but fans chant, “We Want Tables!”

Jay keeps firing off forearms and headbutts on Dax, but Dax turns it around to fire haymaker after haymaker! Mark finally has enough chairs, so he confiscates the timekeeper’s table! Fans are thunderous again as Mark brings that over! Jay CHOKES Dax with the chain, and puts him in a corner. Jay then climbs up to rain down fists on Dax, really opening up that bloody eyebrow! Mark finishes setting the table in place, but Cash pulls him away from it with the chain! Cash then brings Mark around, only for Mark to resist! Cash keeps trying, Mark tries to turn it around, but Cash keeps trying. Mark suplexes Cash to the floor!

Fans rally while those two are down, while Jay HEADBUTTS Dax! Jay and Dax are smeared with blood both from themselves and from each other. Jay hoists Dax up top and fans rally. Jay gives Dax another chain-wrapped haymaker! Jay climbs up top, brings Dax up, but Dax throws body shots in return. Dax throat chops Jay with the chain! Jay falls into a drop zone, and Dax wraps his own head with chain?! Dax then adjusts, leaps, and FULL METAL DIVING HEADBUTTS Jay!! Fans lose their minds as the blood just keeps flowing! Dax stands up and fires up and fans fire up with him!

Dax wraps his fist again for another full metal punch on Jay! The ref checks, Jay tells him to leave him alone. Dax ROCKS Jay with another full metal fist! Now Dax tells the ref to leave Jay alone so he can keep punching! Dax winds up, but Jay pulls the ref in! Dax’s full metal punch DECKS the ref!!! Dax panics and checks ref Mike Posey, and now Posey is busted open! This really IS the bloodiest match FTR’s ever had! Cash and Mark stir at ringside, Jay manages to stand while Doc Sampson checks Posey. Another ref steps in while Dax and Jay throw hands! Jay JABS and JABS and JABS, then forearms and BOOTS!

Dax comes back, but into a BIG back suplex! They’re both down and fans are thunderous again! Mark SLAPS Cash, then goes to the apron. Cash follows him, and fans hope these teams “FIGHT FOREVER!” but this has to end somehow. Mark and Cash brawl on the apron edge, forearm for forearm, and Mark gets the edge! Mark swings, but Cash ducks to APRON BACK SUPLEX! Cash then CLOBBERS Mark onto the table! Cash makes sure Mark stays there, and he goes to the corner! Fans fire up as Cash climbs up, but Mark SLAPS Cash down! Cash and Mark brawl, Mark SLAPS and CHOPS! Mark DECKS Cash with a forearm!

Mark goes into the ring and he drags Mark into the ring, to DROPKICK him back out! Cash falls onto the chair pile but Mark hurries to put him on the table. Fans rally and duel again, Mark goes to the corner now, and Jay Electric Chair Lifts Dax! Mark ditches Cash, but Cash hurries to get up! Dax fights the Electric Chair while Cash YANKS Mark off the top and down onto the chair pile!!! Fans lose their minds all over again!! Even Dax is stunned to see what just happened! Dax goes back for Jay and drags him up. Jay wrenches out, underhooks, JAY DRILLER!!! Cover, TWO??!?? Dax survives and everyone is shocked!!

Dax and Jay slowly stir and crawl to ropes. Jay stands up and fans fire up again. Jay has a chair, he aims at Dax, and he SMACKS Dax right on the back! Fans fire up as they want “One More Time!” Jay says okay, and he SMACKS Dax down again! Dax writhes but Jay nods as fans chant, “One More Time!” Jay SMACKS Dax again! Jay SMACKS Cash as he gets in the ring! Jay puts the chair down and says he’s finishing this. He drags Dax up, underhooks, but Dax fights the driller to LOW BLOW! Dax reels Jay in, for a PILEDRIVER onto the chair!!! Cover, TWO!?!?!? Now everyone is shocked, and “This is Awesome!”

Dax uses the chair to help himself stand up, but Cash tells Dax to hold on. Cash puts in more chairs, and shouts, “EFFING MURDER HIM!!” Fans are repeating “MURDER! MURDER!” as FTR pile up all the chairs Mark brought out. Dax puts Jay on the top rope, CHOPS him, then CHOPS again! And CHOPS! Fans rally as Dax climbs up after Jay. Dax brings Jay up but Jay throws body shots! Jay slips through and YANKS the chain up into Dax’s groin! Cash hurries to the apron but Jay DECKS him! Jay turns Dax around up top, and they SUPERPLEX onto the chairs!!!! Fans lose their minds once again over that double-edged impact!

Cash flounders to the ring but Mark uses the chain to hold him back! Cash BOOTS Mark, stomps him down, but Mark still keeps Cash from the ring. Jay covers, TWO!?!?!? Dax is still alive but Jay CHOKES him!! The chains is even getting into the jaw!! Cash flails, reaches, but Mark keeps him away! Dax is fading, HE’S OUT!! THE BRISCOES WIN!!!

#DemBoys went through hell and then some, all to settle things with FTR! They are now THIRTEEN-TIME ROH World Tag Team Champions, but this match may very well have taken thirteen YEARS off every man’s life! Will Jay & Mark still show that they bleed for ROH?

But wait! THE GUNN SONS attack FTR!! Austin & Colten beat down Cash & Dax! Fans boo the Ass Boys for picking at the bones! And they tell the fans, “SUCK IT!” Austin throws off his now bloody shirt as Colten fetches mics. “FTR’s legacy is DYING! And we will not stop until the Gunns are the ones who kill it!!” But the Briscoes come back! They run off Austin & Colten, and then help FTR up to their feet. Dax tells Austin & Colten that they’re no longer Ass Boys. “From here on out, our mission is to beat your asses! Top Guys, OUT!” Austin & Colten just put targets on their backs, will FTR be the ones to end the Gunn Sons’ legend before it ever begins?

ROH World Television Championship: Samoa Joe VS Juice Robinson!

The Samoan Submission Specialist is now #TheKingofTV as he has both this title and the AEW TNT Championship. But will he be able to break Rock Hard Robinson? Or will Juice be golden in his return to ROH?

Joe wrenches, Juice spins and wrenches, then Juice hammerlocks, only for Joe to slip around and hammerlock Juice. Joe wristlocks but Juice spins and cartwheels to kick low. Joe ROCKS Juice right back! Juice ROCKS Joe, Joe ROCKS Juice, so Juice JABS and JABS and JABS! Fans rally for “JUICE! JUICE!” but then Joe dodges to JAB in return! Now fans chant “JOE! JOE! JOE!” with every JAB! But Juice blocks the clothesline to poke Joe in the eye!

Fans boo but Juice picks Joe up for a BIG back suplex! Fans fire up as that was impressive, and Juice rains down fists on Joe! The ref warns about the closed fists but Juice tells him to shut up. Juice looms over Joe, and SENTONS into a COQUINA CLUTCH!! Juice flails and reaches, ROPEBREAK! The ref counts, Joe lets off to then KICK Juice out of the ring! Juice falls to the floor and Joe goes out after him. Joe CHOPS Juice, Juice CHOPS Joe, repeat! The CHOPS go back and forth and fans “WOO~!” every time. Joe HEADBUTTS Juice down! Joe then pulls up floor mats, just like he did against Darby Allin!

Joe drags Juice up, reels him in, but Juice slips out of the suplex to SLEEPER! But Joe slips around to put Juice in a SLEEPER! Juice grabs at the apron skirt, gets a foot up, and pushes off to RAM Joe into railing! Both men are down in a heap but Juice crawls away. Juice goes around the way while fans rally and duel. The ref checks and Joe is somehow okay to continue. So Juice CANNONBALLS Joe into the railing! Juice drags Joe up while fans rally. The ring count is 7 of 20 but Juice puts Joe in at 8. Juice climbs up, fans rally as he goes to the top rope, but Joe rushes in! Juice jumps over, comes back, but into the URENAGE!

Fans fire up as Joe paces around. Juice bails out, Joe builds speed! Joe DIVES and Juice is sent into railing! Fans fire up and Joe drags Juice back up. Joe tells people to move aside so he can RAM Juice into railing! Joe makes Juice take a seat in that corner and fans fire up. Joe runs in, to BOOT Juice against railing! Fans fire up more as Juice flops down. Joe drags Juice up and into the ring. Joe pushes Juice to a cover, TWO! Juice crawls away but Joe keeps cool. Fans rally with “HEY, HO, LET’S GO, JOE!” Joe clamps onto Juice with a neck wrench but Juice endures. Fans rally, Juice fights up, and Juice throws elbows to get free.

Juice runs, but Joe CLOBBERS Juice! Fans fire up more and Joe goes back for Juice. Cover, TWO! Juice growls in defiance but Joe just digs his knee into Juice’s back as part of the chinlock. Juice endures, fights up, but Juice knees him low, then CHOPS him! And HEADBUTTS him! Juice drops to a knee, Joe BUZZSAWS him down! Joe says this was a bad idea for Juice, and he JABS Juice again. And again! And again and again, but Juice JABS back! “JOE! JUICE! JOE!” Juice gets the edge, keeps going, and then he whips. Joe reverses to wrench and atomic drop! Joe runs to BOOT Juice down! And SENTONS! Juice flails and flounders away!

Joe hurries after Juice and covers, ROPEBREAK! Juice survives by a literal foot but Joe keeps his cool. Joe vows to end this and he dares Juice to get up. Juice sits up but Joe JABS and JABS and JABS! Joe runs, but Juice SPINEBUSTERS! Fans fire up while Joe goes to a corner. Juice storms up to JAB! And CHOP! And JAB! And CHOP! ROH World Championship, Title VS Claudio’s Fate: Chris Jericho VS Claudio Castagnoli!

The Wizard, the Demo God, the Influencer, Le Champion plans on continuing the “Ring of Jericho” Era going! But the Swiss Superman is tired. Tired of Jericho desecrating the legacy of ROH, and tired of being the guy who can’t “win the big one!” So much so, that he is letting this match decide his fate! If Claudio wins, he is a TWO-TIME ROH World Champion and the man who restores honor to this title! But if Claudio loses, then his punishment must be to join the Jericho Appreciation Society as a sports entertainer! What will be the future of both Claudio and ROH?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see if even Claudio will hail #THEOCHO!

The bell rings and the two stare down. Claudio offers the Code of Honor, but Jericho kicks him low! Jericho bails out, and he chases Caprice Coleman and Ian Riccabonni off of commentary!! He did say everyone in ROH was his target! But then Claudio CLOBBERS Jericho with a EuroUpper! Claudio smacks Jericho off the timekeeper’s table, and then slides him across into the commentary table’s monitors! Jericho tumbles, Claudio drags him up and RAMS him into railing! And more railing! And more railing! And then the steel steps! The ring count starts, Claudio shoves Jericho in at 3 of 20. Claudio then climbs to CROSSBODY! And HAMMER ‘N’ ANVIL ELBOWS!

Ian and Caprice return to commentary now that it’s safe, and Claudio whips Jericho into a corner. EUROUPPER! Claudio whips corner to corner, EUROUPPER! Claudio whips Jericho again, but Jericho BOOTS Claudio! CODE- NO, Claudio blocks that and back drops Jericho! But Jericho sunset flips and then gets the legs! WALLS- NO, Claudio throws Jericho away! Jericho dodges in the corner, but Claudio blocks the Judas Effect to EuroUpper! Claudio kicks low, reels Jericho in and Gotch lifts, for the NEUTRALIZER!! Cover, TWO!! Jericho survives and crawls away to the apron but Claudio keeps his cool.

Claudio storms over to Jericho and bumps him off buckles. And again! Claudio drags Jericho up to the top rope, to gut wrench! Fans fire up for the SUPER GUT WRENCH SUPLEX! Fans rally behind Claudio as he storms up on Jericho. Jericho stands, Claudio trophy lifts him! Claudio TOSSES Jericho onto the ropes! Jericho is stuck, Claudio runs to BOOT him down! Fans rally as Claudio goes to the apron to CANNONBALL but misses as Jericho moves! Claudio crashes ‘n’ burns, the ring count starts. Jericho stands, he storms his way over to Claudio and brings him up. Jericho POSTS Claudio, and he soaks up the cheers and jeers.

Jericho gets in the ring at 5 of 20, Claudio is in at 7. Jericho drags Claudio up, snapmares him and then KICKS him in the back. Jericho flips off the fans then flexes while fans boo. Claudio sits up, Jericho brings him up and hits a back suplex! Jericho pushes Claudio down for the cocky cover, ONE! Fans boo again but Jericho just soaks it all up. Jericho drags Claudio up but Claudio EuroUppers! Jericho forearms back, but Claudio EuroUppers again! Jericho CHOPS, CHOPS and CHOPS! Jericho CHOPS Claudio at the ropes, brings him out to kick and knee and knee again! Jericho runs, into a POP-UP UPPERCUT! Cover, TWO!

Claudio drags Jericho into more HAMMER ‘N’ ANVIL ELBOWS! Fans rally but Claudio’s back is bothering him. Claudio lets off to bring Jericho around and tuck the arms. But the back won’t let him lift! Claudio EuroUppers Jericho, whips him corner to corner but Jericho reverses and clotheslines! Jericho point-blank clotheslines like The Big Dog! Jericho gets all TEN, then sits Claudio down. Fans boo but Jericho soaks up the heat again. Jericho stands Claudio back up to haul him to the top rope. Jericho CHOPS, climbs up, then stands on the very top. Jericho rains down punches, Claudio does what he can to guard but Jericho gets ten!

Jericho SUPER STEINERS but Claudio blocks it! Claudio CLUBS Jericho in the ribs in return, all the way to ten! Then he brings Jericho back up for a SUPER- STEINER!! Jericho still throws Claudio away! Jericho crawls to the cover, TWO!! Fans rally up as Jericho crawls to the ropes. Jericho stands and he stalks Claudio. Fans rally, Jericho kicks Claudio around, and now fans boo. Jericho stands Claudio up to EuroUpper! Jericho makes a mockingly shocked face, but Claudio just scowls! Claudio EuroUppers Jericho! And again! And again! Claudio whips, Jericho reverses but Claudio ducks to springboard! Claudio blocks Jericho’s Code Breaker!!

Claudio has Jericho’s legs and turns Jericho! Jericho fights free, then clotheslines Claudio out of the ring! Fans boo but Jericho says he’s too smart. Jericho triangle jumps into an UPPERCUT! Fans fire up as Claudio catches his breath. Claudio drags Jericho out to the apron, stands him up and knees him low! Claudio drags Jericho up but the back won’t let him suplex! Jericho throws body shots, and he suplexes Claudio to the floor!! Fans fire up while both men are down on the outside! The ring count climbs but both men are still down at 5 of 20. They sit up at “OCHO!” and Jericho slides in at 9, Claudio is in at 10!

Jericho and Claudio slowly rise, Jericho throws a forearm first! Claudio flops over, but he sits back up. Jericho hits another forearm! Jericho wobbles, Claudio stands, but Jericho throws forearm after forearm! All the way to “OHCO!” Jericho runs, into a BOOT! Jericho roars! But Claudio ROCKS him! Claudio runs but into a BOOT! Now Claudio roars! Both men run, DOUBLE LARIATS take both men down! Fans fire up again and the ref checks both Claudio and Jericho. They’re both still in this, they sit up, fans count their own standing count to “OCHO!” Jericho stands Claudio up to CHOP! Claudio EuroUppers!

Jericho CHOPS! Claudio EuroUppers! CHOP! EuroUpper! Jericho drops to a knee, but he comes back to CHOP! Claudio EuroUppers, Jericho CHOPS, faster and faster, back and forth! Fans fire up as the shots keep going! Jericho’s CHOP staggers Claudio but even Jericho has to drop to a knee. Claudio EuroUppers again and again! Jericho pokes Claudio in the eye! But Claudio still trips Jericho for the SWISS SWING! But Jericho twists to throw Claudio down! Jericho rolls through to get the legs, WALLS OF JERICHO!!! Claudio endures and fans are thunderous! Jericho roars as he sits deep!

Claudio claws his way forward, reaches out, but Jericho drags Claudio away! Claudio grits his teeth, bites his fingers, then goes to the side for the ROPEBREAK!! Jericho holds until the ref counts, and then Jericho holds his hands up like he won. The ref says he didn’t, that was the ropebreak! Jericho gets in the ref’s face about it but the ref warns him. Claudio CLOBBERS Jericho!! Fans fire up and rally behind Claudio, but wait! Here comes the Jericho Appreciation Society’s Cool Hand Ange & Daddy Magic! Parker distracts the ref while Menard slips Floyd the Baseball Bat to Jericho!

Jericho aims at Claudio, and CLOBBERS him with the bat!! Fans boo, Jericho drops to hide what happened, and the bat is brought out of the ring! Jericho crawls, covers, TWO!??! Claudio survives the screw job and Parker is furious! Parker and Menard argue with the ref, but the ref EJECTS them!! No more JAS shenanigans! Jericho hurries to a corner, then he hurries to bring Claudio up. Claudio cradles, TWO!!! CODE BREAKER!! Jericho grins as he has Claudio right where he wants him. Claudio stirs, Jericho aims from the corner. Claudio is dazed but the fans rally for him. Claudio stands, Jericho rushes in, JUDAS- NO, Claudio ducks and waistlocks!

Claudio lifts Jericho, but drops him down! SWISS SWING!! Fans count all the way to “OCHO!” then to 15! Then to 20!! Then to 25!! Fans are thunderous as Claudio goes past 30!! JERICHO TAPS!?!?! Claudio wins!!!

Winner: Claudio Castagnoli, by submission (NEW ROH World Champion)

Since when was there ever a submission during the swing?! Claudio clears out the dark cloud that is #THEOCHO, and now the Blackpool Combat Club is on top! The streamers fly, Claudio even catches one! Wheeler Yuta is here to celebrate with Claudio, and even Jerry Lynn is here! Claudio continues to play catch with the streamers, and truly a new era for ROH has begun! Will the Swiss Superman be stronger than ever now that he has this title back? Will ROH be stronger than ever now that Claudio has this title back?

My Thoughts:

An awesome event, although yes I did skip a bit. The Zero Hour is free on YouTube, anyone can go watch those. But I did check the finishes, and I love that “Nose Dive Bomb” that Top Flight used to beat The Kingdom, that is an awesome and clever finish. And I know I skipped LFI VS #allheARt, but I again saw the finish, and that three count was botched. LFI was likely meant to win, but that’s why LFI beat the crap out of Fox and Christian after. I think a great way to make up for that botch would be to give us a feud within ROH between those teams. That’d be something to help carry what happened here into the upcoming Honor Club weekly show. Which yes, Tony Khan came out after things went off the air to say all that.

I did keep the Keith Lee grudge tag match because I wanted to see what I knew would happen: Swerve ditched Keith. He didn’t join up with Shane Taylor Promotions but Swerve ditching Keith was enough to fit what I knew for the story. I’m surprised Keith still won, who knows how that’ll play out on AEW. What was really crazy about tonight was that all but one title changed hands. Mercedes VS Athena was great stuff, and a great win for Athena as the hometown girl. Great Pure Championship match, that was a very creative way to use up Yuta’s ropebreaks while still giving him the win. I still feel like there should’ve been more to Garcia’s dilemma of “pro-wrestler or sports entertainer?” but maybe, just maybe, they can try that again now that Garcia isn’t champion.

The Six Man title match was a lot of fun, but I had a feeling Castle & The Boys were going to lose to The Embassy. As I said before in Elevation (I think), it would be embarrassing for The Embassy to lose that match so it had to happen this way. That tag title match, just holy crap. They went so hard, and Briscoes winning was a touch of a surprise. But at the same time, I also said that there’s no way Austin & Colten beat FTR after FTR wins something like this. So Briscoes get the belts for a record 13th time, and now FTR move into an awkward afterthought feud with Austin & Colten and I can’t be sure but I feel like FTR should just squash the hell out of them cuz of this.

Samoa Joe VS Juice Robinson was a very good match, but boy did they have a hard act to follow. Joe being the one champion to retain their title is pretty big, but it makes sense because of the building story he has as a double champion. And Jericho VS Claudio was an awesome main event. I should’ve figured it’d get overbooked with Parker & Menard running out there, it helps inject some of that “sports entertainment” into things, and shows that Claudio can overcome it with his “pro-wrestling.” Claudio winning to not just take the title back but to keep from joining the JAS was quite the surprise, but that was a great moment for ROH fans. BCC is on top, as Moxley promised, I guess we’ll see what they do as part of kicking off Honor Club’s revival.
