Major Name Reportedly Signed & Returning To WWE (POTENTIAL SPOILER)

Brad Shepard (bodyslam.net) has reported that Bobby Lashley has agreed to terms with WWE for a return.

This has been discussed and rumored for the last month, that Lashley was negotiating with WWE. There has been some buzz about a potential match between himself and Brock Lesnar, as both have an MMA career.

Lashley worked with WWE from 2005 until 2008. He has found success in both Mixed Martial Arts and with TNA/Impact Wrestling since leaving the WWE.

At this time there are no details as of yet about when he will be officially returning to the company.

My Thoughts:

This would be a big time pickup for the WWE. If Lesnar were to leave as has been speculated and we commented on, WWE could use another attraction. Lashley would generate some new buzz and also create some new interesting matchups. Traditionally with this much buzz and “smoke” regarding a rumor there is fire. I buy this rumor and look forward to seeing the return of Bobby Lashley.
