A.J. Styles Injury Update: What’s Ailing The Champ?
It appears as if A.J. Styles may have suffered a MCL injury earlier this month, according to Dave Meltzer. Styles and WWE have been quiet about the specifics of the injury, even when announcing he’s injured at house shows. The MCL has kept him out of the ring for more than a week this month but word going around is that it was related to his MCL.
Styles did an interview last week and hinted that his leg was the issue. Going as far to say “I would cut my leg off to wrestle at this WrestleMania.” It appears all is a go for Styles and Nakamura and the WWE title match will go as planned.
