A.J. Styles Injury Update, WWE Live Results

WWE was in San Angelo, Texas and it’s main event was Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. A.J. Styles did not compete at the event. The announcer stated Styles was injured at MSG.

**Update** We are being told by many fans that Owens and Zayn made an announcement that they injured Styles. They played it up and bragged about the injury.

Below is the results from the show:

• The Bludgeon Brothers defeated The Ascension
• Bobby Roode defeated Jinder Mahal/ Baron Corbin
• Dolph Ziggler defeated Sin Cara
• Breezango and Zack Ryder defeated Mike Kanellis, Primo Colon and Mojo Rawley
• SD Tag Team Titles- The Uso’s(c) retain over Shelton Benjamin and Chad Gable/ Rusev and Aiden English
• SD Women’s Title- Charlotte vs Ruby Riott (w/ The Riott Squad)- No Contest due to interference by the Riott Squad then Becky Lynch and Naomi make the save
  Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Naomi defeated Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan and Sarah Bridges
• Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn

My Thoughts:

The big story here is A.J. Styles health, I don’t foresee this as anything than precautionary. If he misses Smackdown Live, then I would start to worry. They likely held him out due to how close we are to WrestleMania.
