Batista On Turning Down WWE Hall Of Fame Offer

In recent comments to the medoa, multiple time world champion Batista discussed turning down WWE Hall of Fame offers.

“I would love to go back. I’ve been very vocal about that. Never say never…. This is why I haven’t accepted any nomination into the WWE Hall of Fame. I just don’t feel like my career is over. I feel like I have plenty to offer but now it’s a scheduling issue and it’s also a creative issue. Never say never. I’d love to go back.”

The wrestler turned movie star, known to much of the world as Drax The Destroyer from the Guardians Of The Galaxy movies (and also appearing in the upcoming Infinity Wars movie) has been vocal about a WWE return in the past, stating he’d love to feud with Triple H. After tapping out to Daniel Bryan in a triple threat match for Randy Orton’s WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 30, Batista last competed in a No Holds Barred Six Man Tag Team Match with Evolution against The Shield at WWE Payback 2014. Batista left the storyline the next night on Raw.

Thoughts:

I’ve always been a big Batista fan, and think a feud with Triple H would be outstanding. I could see a PPV run with Roman Reigns doing well, too.
