Speculation On Sasha Banks-Bayley WrestleMania Plans

Dave Meltzer is reporting that the Sasha Banks vs Bayley singles match has been “pulled” from the WrestleMania card. While it was never formally announced, Banks vs Bayley seemed certain to be on the show of shows, given how much the company has invested into the feud.

However, things have significantly changed in recent weeks, some outlets are stating that the two ladies have “significant heat.” While that isn’t confirmed the WrestleMania card already has more than 10 matches and a Women’s Battle Royal.

My Thoughts:

Where do I begin? Once the battle royal for the women were announced, the chances of the singles match was all but gone. These women are still receiving quality TV time every week to build their story, that doesn’t scream “backstage heat” to me. The reason why these two likely will not have a singles match is due to the amount of matches on the card and the battle royal, not “heat.” However I will say I don’t believe we will he getting a singles match between the two.
