Jeff Hardy At Tonight’s WWE Hall Of Fame, Confirms He Is Cleared

Recently, we previously reported via PWInsider that injured WWE Superstar Jeff Hardy had been back at the Performance Center in Orlando training for his return. If you remember, Jeff underwent shoulder surgery last September for a torn labrum and rotator cuff. Jeff had also tweeted out that he had completed his final round of physical therapy and it was believed he had been medically cleared.

Hardy was then arrested for DUI on March 10th with his court date scheduled for April 16th. We would later see him make an appearance on Monday Night RAW during The Ultimate Deletion match between his brother Matt and Bray Wyatt.

Tonight, Jeff appeared on the WWE Hall Of Fame Red Carpet Show for an interview with Byron Saxton, confirming that he is cleared to return to the ring. WWE’s Twitter acknowledged Hardy’s comments and offered the following tease, likely indicating a possible return at WrestleMania:

EA’s Take: I’ve got to believe WWE might be looking to wait until after Jeff’s court date, we all know he has a history so who knows what could happen there. This obviously will lead people to think he could show up at Mania as Braun’s partner and while I can’t completely rule it out, I can’t say for certain that would be the case either. Last I knew, WWE was still debating the possibility of another singles run for Jeff versus putting him with Matt, likely to reprise his Brother Nero role.
