Opening Match For Greatest Royal Rumble Announced
As the start of the WWE Greatest Royal Rumble rapidly approaches, today WWE has revealed that the opening match for the event will be John Cena vs. Triple H:

EA’s Take: WWE usually likes to start their pay-per-views off hot and this is a good choice. I think there were multiple options for this spot like the IC Title Ladder Match, but Cena and ‘The Game’ are “needle movers” and this will get the crowd invested early. I’d expect the US and Cruiserweight Championship matches to be used in between the “bigger” bouts to allow the crowd to settle.
