Speculation On Shane McMahon’s Potential Replacement At WrestleMania

As we noted last week Shane McMahon was hospitilized last week. It was unsure if he would be able to compete at WrestleMania. While many reports have Shane McMahon returning next week on Smackdown Live. There is still speculation that Shane McMahon won’t actually wrestle at the show of shows. If that is the case PWInsider is reporting that Kane will be the replacement for Shane, reuniting Team Hell No.

It’s worth mentioning we noted a report from Bill Bhatti last week that stated the same information. While there are no signs currently that is the way they are heading, two reports have aligned as a potential replacement for Shane McMahon.

My Thoughts:

WWE officials and Shane McMahon had to of known his condition prior to Smackdown. If Shane wasn’t the intended partner then they wouldn’t have announced Shane the way they did. I do believe there is a backup plan IF he has a setback or another condition occurs. However at this time there isn’t a reason to believe WWE officials don’t expect Shane to wrestle.
