WWE Being Sued By Tattoo Artist
TMZ is reporting that Catherine Alexander, the tattoo artist for WWE SmackDown Live superstar and former WWE champion Randy Orton, is suing WWE and 2K Games. The claim is that WWE and 2K Games have illegally used her designs. Alexander says that she owns the copyrights on his tattoos and that no permission was granted for them to be used.
TMZ would also report that Alexander took issue with this in 2009. It’s reported WWE offered her $450 for the rights to use the designs. Alexander would decline the offer from WWE.
