Our next contest at WWE’s Greatest Royal Rumble was another title match as United States Champion defended against Jinder Mahal. ‘The Modern Day Maharaja’ tried every trick in the book, including interference by Sunil Singh to distract Hardy. Jinder would hook ‘The Charismatic Enigma’ for the Khallas off the distraction, but it was countered into a victory roll. Jeff would find a way to plant Mahal with the Twist of Fate, then follow it up with a Swanton Bomb for the 1-2-3.
