Zack Ryder Provides Injury Update
As we previously reported, WWE Superstar Zack Ryder suffered an undisclosed knee injury this past Monday prior to RAW in St. Louis. ‘The Broski’ was in action against Mike Kanellis in a match taped for Main Event, Ryder later revealing on Instagram that he was injured and would be undergoing an MRI. Additionally, he also stated he would not be flying to Saudi Arabia for the Greatest Royal Rumble due to said MRI (which you can read here). Today, ‘Long Island Iced Z’ has announced that it’s just a strain and no surgery will be needed. Right now, it’s not known if he will still be heading to Saudi Arabia:
Got some good news this morning…MCL/ACL/Calf muscle strains…nothing completely torn…no surgery will be needed. Thanks to everyone who reached out. It’s time for #Raw to get #Zacked!
