Impact Wrestling star Johnny Impact aka Johnny Mundo in Lucha Underground and other promotions and fka John Morrison in WWE will be appearing on the next season of Survivor.

Survivor is a reality show that follows people known as castaways on a remote island. The castaways are placed in tribes and compete in challenges while surviving off the resources of the island and all while avoiding being eliminated.

Impact Wrestling announced today on their Twitter account that Impact would be appearing on the next season of the hit reality show that just wrapped up it’s 36th season and preaping for it’s 37th. You can checkout the announcement tweet below:

The title for the 37th season of Survivor is entitled David vs Goliath.

John Morrison made his Impact debut in August of last year for a couple of live events. At the events he teamed up with Moose and James Storm defeating the teams of EC3, Lashely, and Eli Drake and EC3, Lashely, and Low-Ki. It wouldn’t be until the Destination X episode kf impact that it was announcing via video package that he signed with Impact Wrestling and that his name would be Johnny Impact. On the August 24th episode of Impact during the Gauntlet for Gold Match for the vacated Global Championship he made his televised debut. He would end up making it all the way to the final three before being eliminated by the eventual winner Eli Drake.

The last time that Johnny Impact has been seen on Impact TV was in a match with Kongo Kong on the April 19th episode. It was during the match that he was sent head/face first into the steel ring steps and written off with a storyline injury.
