Injured WWE RAW Superstar Scheduled To Return Soon

It has been quite some time since we’ve heard any kind of update on injured WWE RAW Superstar Jason Jordan. The former RAW, SmackDown Live and NXT Tag Team Champion has been out of action after trying to work through a neck injury, which ultimately forced him to undergo surgery back on February 5th. At the time of the injury, Jordan was embroiled in an angle with Seth Rollins.

According to PWInsider, Jordan is currently scheduled to return at some time this month, possibly even as early as next week. At this time, it’s not known if he would continue into a storyline with Rollins or not.

EA’s Take: I said it during the Superstar Shake-Up and I’ll say it again now, but American Alpha should be reformed. However, I think this time it should be done as heels. When Gable got moved to RAW during the Shake-Up, that was my first thought and I still feel that way. Jordan had a lot of heat before he got injured and was heading towards a heel turn, but I think we all know that wasn’t originally the plan for him when he came over to reveal he was Kurt Angle’s “son”. I say you take advantage of the heat he had, Gable was working heel with Shelton Benjamin on SmackDown Live anyways, so why not? RAW’s Tag Team Division is still bleak to put it mildly and could use all the help it can get.
