NJPW News: Kenny Omega Plays ‘Street Fighter V’ Character In New Trailer
It’s no secret to fans of New Japan Pro Wrestling star Kenny Omega that ‘The Cleaner’ is a big video game fan. He’s even crossed paths with WWE Superstar and New Day member Xavier Woods on the joystick, plus Omega also applies video game references into his gimmick and arsenal of maneuvers including the V-Trigger.
Recently, Omega revealed on Twitter that he’s been working in secret with video game developer Capcom and got the opportunity to portray the character ‘Cody’ in the latest trailer for ‘Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition’. It will be available on June 26th. Below is Omega’s reaction, followed by the trailer that includes gameplay footage:
