ROH News: Brandi Rhodes Injured, Will Undergo Surgery

Over the weekend, Brandi Rhodes announced via Twitter that she suffered a shoulder injury while competing for STARDOM in Japan. Turns out, Brandi broke her clavicle in two places, yet competed in tour more matches on the tour. Today, her husband Cody noted on Twitter that Brandi would be undergoing surgery because the bone is sticking into muscle. At this time there’s no more details on when the surgery will take place or how long Brandi will be out of action for:

Unfortunately I suffered a shoulder injury during my tour in Japan. I’ll admit my first thought was “time to go home”. However, my second thought was, “how can I fight with one (left) arm?” I figured it out and competed in 2 more tag matches w/ Oedo Tai. I love wrestling. pic.twitter.com/kgqrINLBEG

Just left the hospital. Long story short…Brandi Rhodes went to Japan and wrestled 4 matches, 2 with a broken clavicle. 2 separate fractures. She'll need surgery due the bone poking into the muscle.
