WWE Backlash Results: Kickoff Match

The action at tonight’s WWE Backlash opened up on the Kickoff show as Bayley went one-on-one with The Riott Squad’s leader, Ruby Riott. Earlier on the Kickoff, Bayley attempted to fix her relationship with Sasha Banks, but ‘The Boss’ wasn’t having it and would watch from the back. The numbers game would pay dividends as Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan allowed Ruby to primarily dominate the match, but Bayley would show the fighting spirit we’ve become accustomed to in order to battle back. After a diving elbow drop that almost finished it, Morgan would again interfere, leading to the Riott Kick and a win for Ruby.
