WWE Backlash Results: RAW Women’s Championship

Following a tremendous Intercontinental Title match, next up at WWE Backlash was the RAW Women’s Championship as Nia Jax defended against Alexa Bliss in a WrestleMania rematch, with the roles reversed. Bliss looked to use her speed and chop the champion down to size early, but Nia quickly asserted her dominance. Alexa would catch her with some stiff strikes to take control, slapping and trash talking Jax at the same time. She’d eventually get caught and then thrown around the ring like a rag doll by the champion, then set up for a Vader Bomb. Bliss would avoid it and dump Jax over the top to the floor, then spiked on the steps by a DDT. Alexa would look to finish with Twisted Bliss, but would be caught one last time into a Samoan Drop for Nia to score the win.
