This week’s episode of Impact Wrestling is coming off the heels of the Under Pressure special last week and featured two marquee matches. The first was a Tag Team Championship Match in which Z&E retained their titles. The second was Sami Callihan vs. Eddie Edwards in the woods.

There was an increase in viewership this week (which you can check out here) so let’s see how they did in terms of views on YouTube.

Here is the breakdown (numbers recorded as of 6:20pm EST):

1. Sami Callihan vs. Eddie Edwards (Unsanctioned Fight in the woods): 93K views
2. Matt Sydal Interrupts Brian Cage’s Celebration: 64K views
3. Cult of Lee vs. LAX: 39K views
4. Su Yung’s Regin of Terror Begins: 38K views
5. Diamante Returns With Suspicions About King: 35K views
6. Z&E vs. Drago & Aerostar (Tag Team Championship): 28K views
7. Eli Drake Lists His Top 5 Dummies(YEAH): The Face of Life: 27K views

Ja’Von’s Take: You would think that since Impact saw an increase in viewership that you would see an increase in YouTube views as well. I would have to say that I was in the same boat with everyone else, but as you can see from the top 7, that didn’t happen this week. I don’t know if this is going to be a trend because last week Impact saw a decrease in viewership, but an increase in YouTube views. Based on the numbers, it would seem that people were let down by the fight in the woods between Eddie Edwards and Sami Callihan after all the hype that was surrounding it, since it was announced last week at Under Pressure.
