ROH News: Joe Hendry Returns To Ring Of Honor For Honor ReUnited

After making his debut for IMPACT Wrestling at the June 1st and 2nd television tapings (check that out here), United Kingdom star Joe Hendry will be making his return to Ring Of Honor for the upcoming Honor ReUnited tour which begins on August 16th in Ediburgh, Scotland. Here is ROH’s official announcment:

Joe Hendry returns to Ring of Honor competition in his hometown of Edinburgh, Scotland where he is the second entry from the United Kingdom in the inaugural Ring of Honor International Cup!

Hendry was last seen in ROH competition on the Honor United Tour, pushing the then-ROH World Television Champion Silas Young to the limit and impressing ROH matchmakers! With impressive bouts in 2016 and 2018 in ROH rings, Hendry has established himself as one of the UK’s best in several promotions against stars like Marty Scurll, Will Ospreay, El Ligero, Doug Williams, and Pete Dunne.

With the first round in his hometown, the former Sony recording artist-turned championship wrestler Hendry will have the hometown crowd behind him. But will that be enough to propel him to become the inaugural International Cup winner?

With the second name announced for the UK side of the tournament, there are six stars remaining. Will Hendry make history by winning in Edinburgh and going on to win the International Cup and perhaps the ROH World Championship? Who will he face? Stay tuned to ROHWrestling.com to find out!

ROH’s Honor Re-United Tour brings the hard-hitting, in-your-face action that only Ring of Honor can deliver to Edinburgh, Doncaster, and London this August! These events will stream LIVE for HonorClub but there is nothing like experiencing The Best Wrestling on the Planet LIVE!
