Ronda Rousey Confirmed As 2nd Pre-Order Character For WWE 2K19

Following the announcement two weeks ago that multi-time WWE Champion Rey Mysterio would be this year’s special pre-order character for the upcoming WWE 2K19 game (which you can check out here), there’s been strong speculation on who else would join the masked man as an “unannounced pre-order character” was teased at the same time. While answering a fan question earlier in the day, the WWE 2K19 Twitter account hinted that some news would be coming during tonight’s RAW:

That news has now come through as the following spot was shown on the way to a commercial break that confirmed speculation that Ronda Rousey would be the next pre-order character. It also features some voiceover of the late, great, WWE Hall Of Famer ‘Rowdy’ Roddy Piper:

While it’s since been announced that WWE 2K19 will not be released for the Nintendo Switch, it will hit shelves for Playstation 4, XBox One and PC on October 9th. For those that order the collector’s edition, you will be able to play four days before on October 5th. Other details on this year’s collector’s edition have yet to be revealed.
