WWE News: Deonna Purrazzo Reportedly Starting At Performance Center Today

It’s been a couple of months now since news first broke via Squared Circle Sirens that one of the top female stars on the independent scene, Deonna Purrazzo, has signed a WWE developmental contract back at the end of May (to check that out go here). Deonna was part of a handful of recent signings by the company, including Io Shirai (find that here) among others.

Deonna, who was originally announced for the September 1st All In event in Chicago, has since been confirmed by Cody Rhodes to no longer be working the show (see that here). Purrazzo has also been finishing up some commitments, as it was reported she would begin with the WWE sometime in July (read that here), most recently working her final matches for Women’s Wrestling Revolution and STARDOM:

Yesterday on Twitter, Rip Rogers, who had a hand in training Deonna down in Louisville, Kentucky at Ohio Valley Wrestling, noted that Purrazzo would be reporting to the WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando, Florida for the first time today:
