WWE News: NXT Live Event Results From San Diego, California (7/26/18)

The Superstars of WWE’s third brand, NXT, took flight out of their home state of Florida as they tour this weekend for Live Events. The first stop came last night as they rolled into San Diego, California, with some of the top stars in action, including a surprise appearance.

Fans in attendance were treated to multiple title matches as new NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa squared off against the former champion Aleister Black, Candice LeRae challenged Shayna Baszler for the NXT Women’s Title, plus Monday Night RAW’s Tyler Breeze surprisingly returned to face another returning Superstar, Lars Sullivan. Below are the results:

• Kairi Sane & Jessie defeated Taynara Conti & Vanessa Borne
• Brennan Williams defeated Marcel Barthel
• Lars Sullivan defeated Tyler Breeze
• Johnny Gargano & Heavy Machinery defeated The Undisputed Era
• NXT Women’s Title: Shayna Baszler retained over Candice LeRae
• EC3 defeated The Velveteen Dream
• NXT Title: Tommaso Ciampa retained over Aleister Black
