It’s been a bit of a rough patch for the health of the WWE Superstars over the past week as Bray Wyatt missed last weekend’s Live Events after getting into a car crash (find that here), plus Ruby Riott suffering a sprained MCL (check that out here) last Friday night in Rapid City, South Dakota (for results go here). While ‘The Eater Of Worlds’ has since returned, leaving his RAW Tag Team Title defense Sunday at Extreme Rules still scheduled, Ruby will be out for a minimum of a couple of weeks and now, it looks as if another Superstar from the red brand has gone down to injury.

Fandango took to Twitter today with the following, indicating that he’s now on the shelf with an injury:

Which earned the following response from WWE’s Brian James, AKA Road Dogg:

Fandango has since tweeted the following, as he’s received an outpouring of “get well” wishes:

At this time there are no details on the possible injury, however the last time Fandango was in action on television was the June 27th episode of Main Event where he teamed alongside his Breezango partner, Tyler Breeze, and Bobby Roode to defeat Curt Hawkins and The Ascension. This match was of course taped prior to Monday Night RAW on June 25th.

EA’s Take: I think if I had to put a percentage on it, I’d say I’m at least 90% confident in saying he’s injured. However, this is a perfect example of why maybe I’m neurotic for questioning everything. Maybe there’s a family matter that requires him to take a while off? Maybe he’s being reprimanded over something? Maybe…just maybe! Until it’s fact, how can we say 100% that’s the case? Again, I believe he is hurt, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t at least still have that glimmer of doubt because you just never know. Now someone pass me my crazy pills!
