WWE News: SmackDown Live Event Results From Beaumont, Texas (9/10/18)

While Monday Night RAW was on the air last night, WWE’s SmackDown Live roster finished up its weekly Live Event tour with a show in Beaumont, Texas before heading to the Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana tonight.

With the company on the road to Hell In A Cell, fans attending last night’s Live Event got to see a slight glimpse into the action this Sunday as Jeff Hardy battled Randy Orton in a Triple Threat for Shinsuke Nakamura’s United States Title. Plus, The New Day defended their SmackDown Tag Team Championships in a Fatal 4-Way and Carmella challenged for the SmackDown Women’s Title. Below are the results:

• SmackDown Women’s Title: Charlotte Flair retained over Carmella
• R-Truth defeated Harper
• Rusev & Lana defeated Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas & Zelina Vega
• SmackDown Tag Title Fatal 4-Way: The New Day retained over Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson, SAnitY and The Usos
• Asuka & Naomi defeated Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville
• United States Title Triple Threat: Shinsuke Nakamura retained over Jeff Hardy & Randy Orton
• WWE Title: AJ Styles retained over The Miz
