WWE News: SmackDown Live Event Results From Colorado Springs (9/24/18)

Before heading to the Pepsi Center in Denver for tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live, the roster for the blue brand had one more piece of business to take care of last night with a Live Event in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The event was strikingly similar to SmackDown Live’s other house shows over the weekend as AJ Styles defended the WWE Title against Samoa Joe, Charlotte Flair challenged Becky Lynch for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, on top of a Triple Threat for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. Below are the results:

• Harper defeated Tye Dillinger
• Asuka, Naomi & Nikki Cross defeated Carmella & The IIconics
• Rusev & Lana defeated Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas & Zelina Vega
• SmackDown Women’s Title: Becky Lynch retained over Charlotte Flair
• R-Truth defeated Shelton Benjamin
• United States Title Triple Threat: Shinsuke Nakamura retained over Jeff Hardy & Randy Orton
• SmackDown Tag Title Triple Threat: The New Day retained over SAnitY & The Usos
