WWE News: William Regal Scouts At PWG BOLA, Who The Company’s Interested In

Over the weekend, it was reported that WWE’s constant search for new talent had them once again targeting former PWG and PROGRESS Wrestling Champion WALTER of Austria (check that story out here).

We saw some evidence of that continued interest this weekend as well as Pro Wrestling Guerrilla was in Los Angeles, California this weekend for three shows as it held its annual ‘Battle Of Los Angeles’. WWE’s William Regal, who does scouting for the company, was in attendance to likely catch another glimpse of WALTER. However, it appears as if that was not the only talent on WWE’s radar.

According to Dave Meltzer on the recent Wrestling Observer Radio, the company is also looking to sign Brody King, a 6-5, 285 pounder. King has been working for three years and in Meltzer’s words, it is likely he will end up going to WWE developmental soon. It should also be noted that WWE are not the only ones trying to accrue King’s services as New Japan Pro Wrestling would also like to sign him, but it appears as if WWE will be the ones to make it happen.
