Hulk Hogan Claims He’s Going To Saudi Arabia With WWE

Today was reportedly the day WWE needed to make a decision regarding the location of next Friday’s Crown Jewel event and with no news as of yet, it appears as if all systems are a go for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Roughly a month ago, it was rumored that among the big names like Shawn Michaels, Triple H and The Undertaker who will be appearing at the event was that of Hulk Hogan, after the Minister and Chairman of the General Sports Authority of Saudi Arabia Turki Al-Sheikh tweeted out a photo of Hulk with the caption, “What is the World Cup that no one talks about this” (see that story here).  Hogan, who was reinstated to the WWE Hall Of Fame back in July, has yet to make any appearances for the company in an official capacity.

Of course, Hulk is getting ready for the big NWO reunion with Scott Hall and Kevin Nash this Saturday and spoke with The Orlando Sentinel about the event. During the conversation, Hogan would claim that he is in fact going to Saudi Arabia:

“There are a lot of plans in the works. I’m looking forward to going to Saudi Arabia with the WWE, looking forward to WrestleMania — but yeah, we’re moving forward at a rapid pace. It’s exciting to have this opportunity again after all these years where I was there and gone.”

As of yet, there’s been no word from WWE regarding Hogan’s status for Crown Jewel.
