NJPW News: Results From Today’s Road To Power Struggle In Fukushima (10/28/18)
New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Super Junior Tag League continued today on the Road To Power Struggle tour as it hit its next stop in Fukushima, making its way towards Power Struggle in Osaka on November 3rd.
Today’s event only featured one Super Junior Tag League match as El Desperado and Yoshinobu Kanemaru took on Tiger Mask and Jysuhin Thunder Liger. Outside of the tournament, the card pitted SHO, YOH, Kazuchika Okada and Rocky Romero against Gedo, Jay White, Robbie Eagles and Taiji Ishimori in the main event. Plus, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Best Friends, The Guerrillas Of Destiny and more were in action. Here are the results before the tour rolls onto Miyagi tomorrow:
- BUSHI & Shingo Takagi defeated Yuya Uemura & Yota Tsuji
- ACH & Ryusuke Taguchi defeated Ren Narita & Shota Umino
- Toa Henare, Soberano Jr. & Volador Jr. defeated Ayato Yoshida, Chris Sabin & KUSHIDA
- Bad Luck Fale & The Guerrillas Of Destiny defeated Best Friends & Hirooki Goto
- Toru Yano & Tomohiro Ishii defeated TAKA Michinoku & Minoru Suzuki
- Hiroshi Tanahashi & Tomoaki Honma defeated Chase Owen & Yujiro Takahashi
- Super Junior Tag League: El Desperado & Yoshinobu Kanemaru defeated Jyushin Thunder Liger & Tiger Mask
- Jay White, Gedo, Robbie Eagles & Taiji Ishimori defeated Rocky Romery, Kazuchika Okada & Roppongi 3K
