WWE News: Add Another Hall Of Famer To Tomorrow’s SmackDown 1000

We are officially on the eve of the 1000th episode of WWE’s SmackDown, taking place tomorrow night from the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C.

The event has already been stacked with returns and appearances as The Undertaker, Batista, Triple H, Ric Flair, Randy Orton, WWE Hall Of Famers Edge and Teddy Long, Vickie Guerrero, Kane, Torrie Wilson and Michelle McCool have all either been announced, reported or advertised for the celebration.

Earlier today, we noted that James Ellsworth has reportedly been confirmed to appear (read about that here) after he made a surprise appearance at IMPACT Wrestling’s Bound For Glory last night. Now, it looks like we will be seeing another WWE Hall Of Famer as PWInsider is reporting they have confirmed ‘The World’s Strongest Man’ Mark Henry for the show as well.

Of course, Henry became synonymous with the blue brand as the most successful run of his career came as a member of the SmackDown roster, winning the World Heavyweight Championship from Randy Orton at Night Of Champions 2011. He also famously instituted his ‘Hall Of Pain’ during this time where he “inducted” the likes of Big Show, Kane, The Great Khali and Vladimir Kozlov.
