WWE News: Two More Legends To Be At Evolution

This week’s episodes of RAW and SmackDown Live are now in the books and while there is still the Crown Jewel event coming up on November 2nd, the WWE Universe is focused on the next big pay-per-view five days before that as the company presents its first ever all women’s event, Evolution.

The negativity by some fans regarding how the show has been booked/promoted has started slowly turning into excitement the closer we get to it, as the show will emanate from the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York on Sunday, October 28th. As of right now, there are three title matches scheduled, on top of the return of Lita and Trish Stratus as they team up to face Alexa Bliss and Mickie James, the Finals of the Mae Young Classic and now the newly announced Battle Royal where the winner will receive a future title shot.

Although some of the participants in the Battle Royal don’t seem to be thrilled about it (see that story here), it still presents a good opportunity to get as many women involved in the show as possible. Plus, it allows for bringing back legends and possibly a lot of them. Already announced to return for the Battle Royal is Torrie Wilson and today, PWInsider reports that Molly Holly, as well as WWE Hall Of Famer Ivory are both scheduled to be at Evolution. As for their participation in the Battle Royal, their roles are not known at this time.

It should be noted however, the current speculation is that Molly will be in the Battle Royal while Ivory, who does have some experience with it, might be part of the commentary team. Of course, this is all just speculation at this point.
