It’s now been nearly four months since the WWE reinstated Hulk Hogan into its Hall Of Fame back in mid-July and while some fans still want nothing to do with him, others have wondered when he will finally make an official WWE appearance.

Recently, Hogan spoke with The Orlando Sentinel while promoting this past weekend’s NWO Reunion show, stating that he was “looking forward to going to Saudi Arabia” (see his full comment here). This came after a high-ranking Saudi official had previously sent out a tweet that indicated Hogan could be making his way to Crown Jewel (find that here). Of course, with the show now coming up this Friday and no mention from WWE of an appearance by Hulk, it seemed like just hot air from the Hall Of Famer.

However, today it’s been discovered that WWE.com’s Events page is currently listing the six-time WWE Champion to appear. This would mark Hulk’s first on-screen appearance for WWE since WrestleMania 31 in 2015 when he, along with Scott Hall and Kevin Nash as the NWO came out during the Sting vs. Triple H match to even out the odds against D-Generation X after they interfered on Triple H’s behalf.

EA’s Take: Boy, this is surely only going to add fuel to the controversy fire surrounding this show. Not the best idea by WWE in my opinion. We all knew Hogan was coming back eventually, but putting a guy that a lot of people still have and will always have hard feelings towards onto an event that people have already been vocal against makes this move look almost sneaky. At least, that’s how some will take it. I spend enough time on Twitter with my role here at The Chairshot to know what’s coming.
