NJPW News: Results From Today’s World Tag League In Tokyo (11/18/18)

Results from today’s World Tag League event at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo!

New Japan Pro Wrestling kicked off the World Tag League Tour yesterday in Kanagawa (find those results here), but it was then on to Korakuen Hall in Tokyo today for the second of 17 events.

Today’s action featured three World Tag League tournament matches including Jeff Cobb and Michael Elgin against EVIL and SANADA of Los Ingobernables de Japon, on top of Tetsuya Naito, Roppongi 3K, Kazuchika Okada, Kota Ibushi, Best Friends and more top stars in competition. Below are today’s results with the World Tag League continuing on Tuesday in Toyama:

• The Guerrillas Of Destiny defeated Ren Narita & Tomoaki Honma
• Toa Henare, Hiroyoshi Tenzan, Satoshi Kojima & Togi Makabe defeated Shota Umino, Ayato Yoshida, Manabu Nakanishi & Yuji Nagata
• Yujiro Takahashi, Hangman Page & Kota Ibushi defeated Best Friends & Hirooki Goto
• Kazuchika Okada & Roppongi 3K defeated BUSHI, Shingo Takagi & Tetsuya Naito
• World Tag League: Killer Elite Squad defeated Takashi Iizuka & Minoru Suzuki
• World Tag League: Zack Sabre Jr. & Taichi defeated Tomohiro Ishii & Toru Yano
• World Tag League: EVIL & SANADA defeated Jeff Cobb & Michael Elgin
