WWE News: Becky Lynch Match Pulled From Next Weekend’s Starrcade, Updated Card

The card for next Saturday’s WWE Starrcade has been altered!

With WWE’s Survivor Series coming up this Sunday, another classic November event will be reprized once again next Saturday when WWE goes to Cincinnati, Ohio for its second annual Starrcade event.

Previously, the lineup for Starrcade featured two Steel Cage matches, one with Becky Lynch defending the SmackDown Women’s Title against Charlotte Flair while the other would have seen Samoa Joe challenge AJ Styles for the WWE Championship. However, that has now changed after what went down this past week on RAW and SmackDown Live.

Of course, ‘The Phenomenal One’ is no longer the WWE Champion and therefore his match against Samoa Joe will no longer be for the title. Additionally, the Lynch vs. Flair match has been pulled completely and while Charlotte is still being advertised to appear, it’s not known in what capacity. Here’s the updated card for next Saturday’s Starrcade:

United States Championship
(C) Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Rey Mysterio
