WWE News: Finn Balor Still Not Cleared From Illness, TLC Match In Jeopardy?

Could Finn Balor’s match at TLC be off?

There have certainly been some pretty funky things going on with regards to the overall health of the WWE’s roster the past number of weeks and even months. Numerous injuries, Roman’s unexpected announcement and more recently, a handful of Superstars contracting some type of cold or flu bug has absolutely had an affect on storylines and the company’s plans.

One Superstar who has been part of the handful under the weather is Finn Balor, who was sent home early from last weekend’s South American tour and missed this past Monday’s RAW. While WWE said it was due to an injury on the broadcast, of course that’s only an angle to explain his absence this week (see the real story here). Now with WWE’s final pay-per-view of the year just over 24 hours away and Balor scheduled to square-off with Drew McIntyre, it seems possible the match could be in jeopardy after it previously was believed Finn would be good to go.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Balor has still yet to be cleared for physical contact and while he could still gain that clearance by tomorrow night, it’s possible the match doesn’t happen as it was also noted that there’s been no word either way on it as of now.
