WWE News: Update On Braun Strowman’s Whereabouts, Was He Backstage At RAW?

Where was Braun Strowman last night?

Last night’s episode of WWE RAW has come and gone now, leaving only one more remaining before the company’s final pay-per-view of the year, TLC on December 16th.

As Acting RAW General Manager Baron Corbin has run amuck on Monday’s since putting his TLC opponent, Braun Strowman, on the shelf, we’ve still yet to hear if ‘The Monster Among Men’ will still be participating in the pay-per-view. Of course, the Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match has the stipulation of Corbin’s position as permanent RAW General Manager on the line, as well as Strowman’s shot at Brock Lesnar’s Universal Title at the Royal Rumble.

We’ve heard that WWE does have a backup plan in place (see more on that here), but there’s still been no indication that a change will be made. Over the weekend, it was reported that Braun was scheduled to be backstage for RAW last night (check that out here), however PWInsider is reporting today that he was not in fact in Houston. Although, it was noted that ‘The Monster Among Men’ is in Austin, Texas today at the site of tonight’s SmackDown Live.

Now, it’s not known exactly why Braun is backstage for SmackDown as he is not scheduled to appear. However, it’s believed he is either filming content for future WWE programming or the more likely scenario, being checked out by WWE doctors.
