ROH News: PJ Black Challenges For NWA Title At Saturday Night At Center Stage

The NWA World Title will be on the line at Ring Of Honor’s Saturday Night At Center Stage!

With less than two weeks left until Ring Of Honor kicks off their 2019 schedule, a number of matches are being announced for Saturday Night At Center Stage in Atlanta on January 12th, as well as the follow-up the next night in Concord, North Carolina, Honor Reigns Supreme.

Although Saturday Night At Center Stage comes before Honor Reigns Supreme, we’ve only had one match revealed for the show thus far as The Briscoes will defend their ROH World Tag Team Championships against Best Friends (check that announcement out here). Today, another match has been announced, but we don’t know all of the participants yet as it could change this weekend.

Via Twitter, the National Wrestling Alliance has announced that the NWA World’s Heavyweight Title will be on the line on January 12th will PJ Black challenging. However, the current titleholder, Nick Aldis, is set for a title defense at the NWA Pop-Up event tomorrow night in Clarksville, Tennessee as he goes one-on-one with ‘Cowboy’ James Storm:
