WWE News: Mickie James Enters Women’s Royal Rumble, Updated Participant List

Mickie James has declared for the Women’s Royal Rumble!

Tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW from the FedEx Forum in Memphis was loaded with news as we saw EC3, Nikki Cross, Lacey Evans and Heavy Machinery all appear in some form or fashion, had a the crowning of a new Intercontinental Champion (more on that here) and the changing of the Universal Title Match at Royal Rumble (see that story here).

Amidst all of this, one thing we did not get is the announcement of any more entries into either the Men’s or Women’s Royal Rumble Matches. However, that changed once RAW went off the air. Cameras would catch up with Mickie James backstage, as she would declare the following:

With Mickie’s entry into the Women’s Royal Rumble Match, here’s a look at the updated list of participants. Currently, Sasha Banks is still listed even though she will have a title shot against RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey the same night. There are now 17 spots remaining:
