WWE News: Nikki Cross Arrives On Monday Night RAW, Update On Status Of Call-Ups

Nikki Cross on WWE RAW & more news on new call-ups!

Monday Night RAW at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee this evening has had some newsworthy events thus far, as Braun Strowman’s Universal Championship opportunity at Royal Rumble has been stripped (more on that here) and EC3 made his first appearance on the red brand (see that here and follow along with all of RAW with Mitchell’s Live Report).

As tonight’s episode continued on, Natalya and Bayley had a brush up with The Riott Squad backstage where words were exchanged, leading to a 6-Woman Tag Team Match made for later in the broadcast. However, Bayley’s usual partner, Sasha Banks, had already competed and therefore she, along with Nattie, would need a new partner.

When the time would come to meet Bayley and Natalya’s choice, we would get the first RAW appearance of Nikki Cross:

During Nikki’s entrance, Michael Cole would note on commentary that we will be seeing Cross, EC3 and the rest of the new NXT call-ups on both brands in the coming weeks in an effort for both RAW and SmackDown Live to get a look before making them “offers”.
