WWE News: SmackDown Live Event Results From Omaha, Nebraska (1/20/19)

Results from last night’s SmackDown Live Event in Omaha!

After a show Saturday night in Sioux Falls, South Dakota (check out those results here), the WWE’s SmackDown Live roster continued their weekend touring with a Live Event last night in Omaha, Nebraska.

Fans who attended the event bared witness to a card that was essentially identical to the night before as WWE Champion Daniel Bryan defended his title against AJ Styles (in a match where the middle rope snapped), Shinsuke Nakamura looked to regain the United States Championship against Rusev, plus Asuka put up her SmackDown Women’s Title in a Triple Threat main event. Below are the results:

• SmackDown Tag Title Triple Threat: The Bar retained over The New Day & The Usos
• Lana & Naomi defeated Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville
• Jeff Hardy defeated Samoa Joe
• Andrade defeated R-Truth
• WWE Title: Daniel Bryan retained over AJ Styles
• Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson & Shelton Benjamin defeated Aiden English & SAnitY, after the match Aiden demanded a new opponent
• Jey Uso defeated Aiden English
• United States Title: Rusev retained over Shinsuke Nakamura
• SmackDown Women’s Title Triple Threat: Asuka retained over Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair
