Drake Maverick won the WWE 24/7 Championship by being an impostor Princess of Staten Island. But can he keep the title all the way to his honeymoon?

WWE 24/7 Championship: Drake Maverick VS R-Truth; R-Truth wins and becomes the new WWE 24/7 Champion.

The WWE 24/7 Champion, Drake Maverick, is officially a married man!

He and lovely bride, Renee Michelle, are now Mr. & Mrs. Rockstar Spud. Maverick and Renee seal it with a kiss, and everyone celebrates. Maverick high-fives his Top One Percent Best Man before walking his bride back down the aisle. But wait. There’s a referee! R-Truth rolls Maverick up from behind!! Truth wins the title!!

WInner: R-Truth, by pinfall; NEW WWE 24/7 Champion

Maverick screams, “My wedding!! My wedding!!” as Truth gets away with his belt! The chase is on once again, but is the newlywed period over before it even began?

My Thoughts:

I am both so happy for Maverick and Michelle that they are married both shoot and kayfabe, I am also so happy that she went along with the gag. We all knew the moment Maverick got the title off Truth and shouted about his wedding, something like this should happen, and now it did! Also, they kinda had to do it here, or else Truth would be crashing the honeymoon…

On behalf of the Chairshot, congratulations and best wishes to the newlyweds, and kudos for keeping the 24/7 Championship the best thing going on the main roster today. Can’t wait to see what happens on Monday.
