HPW is about to give everyone a Gut Check!

HPW Gut Check Rock Postcard

That’s right! Hyrule Puro-Resu is reveling in the summer heat by going to Gut Check Rock in the Eldin region! Known for the Gut Check Challenge round robin tournament, this oasis in the mountains is a popular vacation spot for its natural hot springs and beach-like sand. But things will get even hotter with this match card line-up!

HPW Gut Check Rock will feature:

The HPW Death Mountain Championship! Gold Lynel keeps demanding competition, and management is scrambling to satisfy his appetite! Who will be next on the menu for the One True Monster?
The HPW Trios Championships! The Doom Bringers won the Lost Woods Gauntlet but the UnderWorld Order isn’t taking them seriously! Will Knocker, Hammer and Gooma make Death Sword, Gomess and “Hollywood” ReDead take them deadly serious after facing each other 3v3?
The HPW Termina Championship! There was controversy at HyruleMania, and almost as much in the tag match! But this time, things will be fair, as Igos du Ikana will NOT be allowed any of his Ikana Royal Family ringside! Will the Gleaming Yellow Light upgrade to a golden shine in the summer sun?
The HPW Goddess Championship! Oaky Treetoh made a strongly anticipated return and surprising victory in the #1 Contender’s Fatal 4 Way! But will Zelda make Treetoh sing the blues and hold onto the gold?

And while nothing is set in stone just yet (no pun intended), HPW is reaching out to Triforce Tournament winner, Hilda, HPW Triforce Champion, Link, and even Ganondorf Dragmire about a potential tag team match for the event! Hilda will have to choose between Yuga or Ravio to face Link and Ganondorf in an exhibition match that’s sure to excite! Will the Gerudo Ace be willing to play nice with the Hero of Hyrule?

My Thoughts:

Making that postcard image was fun, don’t know why I didn’t think of it before for Treasure Island on Eventide. But obviously something will happen to where we get five matches on this card, so expect a follow-up article soon.

This week on Bandwagon Nerds, the full Bandwagon returns to break down the explosive season finale of Invincible. Story lines all converge, and things take an unexpected turn as Mark Grayson is faced with an impossible choice to make. Speaking of impossible choices, the Nerds continue their review of Daredevil: Born Again, Season 2. This week’s episode was all about Matt’s choices and the ramifications of his decisions on those he cares about most. Last, but certainly not least, the guys review the latest episode of The Boys’ final season. The search for V1 continues, and why are our heroes trying to suddenly kill each other? All that, plus we review trailers for Clayface, Spider-Man: Noir, and Coyote v. Acme. It’s a big week here at the Bandwagon, and we hope you tune in!
